Delivery & Care

Beautiful Blooms, Delivered with Care

We take care to prepare your roses so they arrive ready to make a lasting impression. Please check the delivery options and estimated delivery dates available at checkout before placing your order.

Caring for Your Roses

To help your roses stay beautiful for longer:

• Trim the stems: Cut approximately 2–3 cm from each stem at an angle before placing your roses in a vase.
• Use fresh water: Fill a clean vase with fresh water and add flower food if provided.
• Remove submerged leaves: Keep leaves out of the water to help maintain freshness.
• Choose the right spot: Keep your roses away from direct sunlight, radiators, strong heat and draughts.
• Refresh regularly: Change the water every two days and retrim the stems as needed.

A Little Patience Goes a Long Way

Some roses arrive with their petals partially closed. This is natural and allows them to open gradually after arrival, revealing their full beauty.

As fresh flowers are natural products, their appearance and longevity may vary. With a little care, you can enjoy their elegance for as long as possible.
